Relocation:
     Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch, LLP has entered into a lease to rent approximately 43,000 square feet at 600 Third Avenue (at 40th Street) starting on or about January 1, 2011.  (We currently occupy about 36,000 square feet). The space consists of 2 full floors (most likely floors 4 & 5) that will be newly custom built to suit our firm's needs.  Construction of the space is scheduled to begin in July.  Updates and more details will be provided as new information becomes available.

   Flu Shots:  Tuesday, September 14, 2010 from 1:30pm-4pm

Emergency Procedures:  
In case of an emergency or a disaster several procedures have been put into place so that we can communicate with each other regarding the status of the firm’s operations.  Should there be reason to evacuate the office, please meet at Sterling Plaza (a small public plaza) on the northwest corner of 49th Street and 2nd Avenue.  All efforts will be made to update the voice mail messages on Martha Segura’s (935-3218) phone and Anne Marie Magliulo’s phone (754-5986).  The new message will leave information as to the firm’s operations.  In addition, we have a phone chain in place to inform you of the firm's operations.
