Mark J. Aaronson, a founding partner of the firm, graduated from law school in 1969 and has spent his legal career concentrating in defense litigation, specifically high exposure medical malpractice cases, liability claims and construction claims. Mr. Aaronson is a frequent speaker on defense litigation issues, lecturing before numerous professional organizations. He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2008.
