Robert S. Melnick, a senior partner in the firm, is a 1981 graduate of Boston University Law School. Thereafter, he completed a judicial clerkship before becoming a trial attorney and supervisor for the Legal Aid Society. For the past 20 years, Mr. Melnick has concentrated in the defense of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Mr. Melnick was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2008.
