Nicholas J. Marotta

Nicholas J. Marotta was graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 1985. Following graduation, he was an Assistant Corporation Counsel of the CIty of New York, ultimately becoming a senior trial attorney in the medical malpractice unit. Since 1990, Mr. Marotta has continued to concentrate his practice in the defense of medical malpractice claims, successfully representing physicians at trial in significant and complex matters.  Mr Marotta was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2008. Mr. Marotta frequently has lectured on medical malpractice issues at various New York area hospitals. He has been a Partner at the firm of Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch, LLP since 1994, and is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts.
