Jordan C. Conger graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. Jordan received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Jordan appeared in the Yonkers Integrated Domestic Violence Court on behalf of the Westchester County District Attorney under the Student Practice Order, as well as in California State Superior Courts as a Certified Law Clerk. Jordan also interned with the Federal Defenders of New York in Westchester County. Jordan also served on Pace Law School’s Moot Court Honor Board, and competed as a finalist in Pace Law School’s Grand Moot Court Competition, as well as competing in the Stetson Pre-Trial Competition and the Prince Evidence Moot Court Competition.
Prior to joining ARFD, Jordan primarily practiced estate and trust planning, estate and probate administration, and Surrogate’s Court litigation with a small firm in Westchester County. Jordan is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York. Since joining ARFD as an associate in 2016, Jordan’s practice has been devoted exclusively to the defense of medical malpractice matters
